CJ Mini Storage Auction

All personal property contained in the following locked storage units at CJ Mini Storage is subject to liens as a result of unpaid storage fees and will be sold by auction as permitted under the Michigan Self-Service Storage Facility Act. Potential bidders are requested to register for the auction at 10 AM. The auction will begin at 11 AM.  The auction will occur on October 10, 2012, at CJ Mini Storage located at 1505 2nd Ave, South Haven, MI 49090. Potential bidders are requested to register for the auction at 10 AM. The auction will begin at 11 AM. The storage units will remain locked until the date of the auction; no prior access to the contents by potential bidders will be granted. Each storage unit will be unlocked shortly before it is auctioned to permit potential bidders a limited viewing of the contents. Any time before the auction, tenants may redeem their personal property by paying all amounts due. All purchases must be paid for in cash immediately after you are the winning bidder, winning bidder is responsible for removal.
