- Coldwater Facility: Tuesday, May 30th from 8am-5pm & Auction Day starting at 8am
- Bronson Facility: Tuesday, May 30th from 8am-5pm & Auction Day starting at 8am-10am.
Removal Times/Failure To Remove:
- June 1 & 2 from 8am-5pm. **Applies to both locations**
- June 5 & 6 from 8am-5pm. **Applies to both locations**
- Other times available by appointment
- Please note: Additional time for removal of large items (by appointment) will be accommodated.

Buyer’s Premium:
- Onsite buyers: 13%
- Online (Bidspotter) buyers: 16%

- Auction day by cash, cashier’s check, Visa, Mastercard.
- **June 1, 2, 5 & 6: cashier’s check accepted on site during removal times.
- Personal checks will be accepted at the auction company’s discretion. Out-of-state checks MUST have a bank letter of credit GUARANTEEING payment to MIEDEMA AUCTIONEERING INC. for this auction and the amount of funds being guaranteed. See guarantee form HERE
